Exhibiting at York St John University at the End of Year Degree Show for Product and Furniture 2022

It was an amazing experience to learn the ways in which to set-up and present my project, visualising just how the monitor on show and closing the draws which shows off the original integrity of the unit as a visibly unifiable package, with the piece working having the legs and work surface in adjustment mode so that the overall integrity of the form speaks loudly with the large drawings can show the key features off.

The Final Descriptor to the Stand.

The area in which collaboration is key to the environment as this is a place where creativity and critiques are much needed to improve the work ethic and how it can become more versatile for the use of the employees but also having that designated space as an added attribute to the philosophy of the environment.

How can the working environment become more versatile for the use of “hot desking“ and “shared workspaces“. Creating an atmosphere for isolated conversations and independent working as a particular factor as well.

Degree Show Final Thoughts

The Degree Show was an overall success and was a pleasure to have social evenings with peers and lecturers without the talk of working practice. The VIP night saw the arrival of the Chancellor and Vice-Chancellor of York St John University and with the gracious honour of the attendance of the Mayor of York, which was an honour to talk and showcase our work for their opening evening.
